Top End Build

The top end build focuses on optimizing compression ratio through precision cylinder head machining. This includes a complete valve job with Serdi seat cutting, cam timing optimization through slotted cam sprockets, and precise squish measurement to maximize combustion efficiency.

Every head is thoroughly inspected, prepped, and assembled to exacting tolerances. Valve spring pressures are checked, cam journal clearances are verified, and gasket surfaces are machined flat for a perfect seal.

Bottom End Build

The bottom end build ensures reliability at high RPM. Oil clearances are carefully set, ceramic transmission bearings are installed for reduced friction, and the clutch is adjusted for optimal engagement.

Piston crowns are modified for improved combustion, connecting rods are inspected, and cylinders are diamond honed for the perfect bore finish. The oiling system is modified to ensure adequate lubrication at racing RPMs.

Machine Shop Services

Engine services are offered on or off bikes. Our in-house machine shop capabilities include welding of aluminum, titanium and steel, precision boring and honing, and custom fabrication.
