Basic Suspension and Chassis
- Remove and install front forks (sportbike)
- Remove and install front forks (touring bike)
- Fork seal replacement (std. forks) | (inverted cartridge type)
- Install fork springs (includes cutting of spacers)
- R&R rear shock, check spring rate or change rear spring
- Install and bleed braided brake lines
- Change brake pads per caliper
- Clean calipers during pad change
- Rebuild calipers + parts
- Measure and adjust sag and compression and rebound settings
- Install frame sliders (includes cutting holes if applicable)
- Install clip-ons
- Install Brembo (or aftermarket) master cylinder
- Install steering damper
- Install rearsets
- Safety wire complete bike (clips included)
- Install chain/sprockets
- Install aftermarket body/fairing
- Change/flush brake & clutch fluid
Fuel/Electronics
- Install Bazzaz FI system or Dynojet Powercommander PCIII
- Install quickshifter
- Weld in exhaust bung for air-fuel module (O2 sensor)
Engine/Service
- Oil/filter change (includes general check over)
- Valve adjustment
- Coolant change + supplies
Tire/Wheel
- Front or rear sportbike (on bike) (includes balancing)
- Front or rear sportbike (wheel only) (includes balancing)
- Balance only
- Wheel bearing R&R per wheel
- Bead blast rotors pr
